Note:
Testing procedure The initial beta period will be approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the volume of problems received. Please e-mail us your bug reports by 15 May! We are interested in all your trials and tribulations, suggestions and frustrations. If you are not sure
about something, please e-mail us.
Send all bug reports to beta@xequte.com. Remember, detail is the key, it makes it much easier to rectify a bug if we can reproduce it in our test environment! Remember the four W's:
I.e. in what window, such as the "Message Sending Dialog", rather than, "In the lavatory on my laptop, is that relevant?"
Details about what you were doing, or what processing was underway directly before the problem occurred, e.g. "I was exporting the mailing list, it was about 30% complete" or "Approximately the same time that my computer was struck by a bolt of lightning"
What error messages you saw, or full account of the problem that you encountered, e.g. "The computer started playing the theme to Baywatch and all my Pamela Anderson pics were e-mailed to my mother-in-law"
This may be quite speculative, but you may have some suspicions as to why it occurred, if so please let us know, e.g. "I think it was because the embedded images were very large, it only seems to do it with large embedded images.", alternatively, "Or it may be because my son spilt peanut butter on my computer, my keyboard never squelched like that before installing your beta Regards Xequte Support
