Hi
There are many people who don't receive my mail.
I'm sure of the email adresses validity (friends... etc)
The log report gives me errors like 421, 450, 451, 10060...

examples:
Too many concurrent SMTP connections from one IP address (421)
Connection attempt timed out (10060)
Send Error: Error #451

What can I do ?
Is there a support page for the error codes and the solutions?

MLK Pro 6.28
Sending through MLK SMTP server

Hi

The error codes listed on our support page:

www.xequte.com/support/

You don't mention your sending method, but it sounds like the internal server.

To describe some of the errors:

421/Too many concurrent connections: Some mail servers such as Hotmail get snakey if you try and send them to many messages at once (from a local mail server)

10060/Time Out: If it happens to every message then MLK's internal mail server is being blocked by your firewall, router, etc (see our FAQ for avoiding this one).

If it only happens to some messages and you are sending large messages (i.e. containing embedded images or attachments) then check your timeout setting is not to short to send each message (under View>Options, Sending)

451/Local Error: That's an unusual one, i'd need to see your log file

In those examples I changed my recipients' mails, but I'm sure the original mails are valid.

I have have many examples of those errors in my logs, although I don't have any problem for the majority of my recipients.
But I'd prefer all the valid adresses to be reached !

Hi

The 451 is some kind of blocking/disconnect from the destination server, either your ISP or the destination server are stopping your sending because it broke some spam rule.

The timeout here could be two things, but as you can normally send via the internal server I would assume that you are sending a large message (with embedded images and/or attachments), because your timeout is quite short (80 seconds). Use a larger value such as 300 seconds.
