We have created a Word Document that we want sent as the content to our mail list. We have found that Copy/Paste to the new message window does not work all that well, the formatting of the message gets all messed up. From within Word, we can use the Sent To - Mail Recipient method to get the document to a new message form, but how do we then get MailList King to send this message out? The option to Send To - MailList King is not available. Please advise.

Unfortunately MS Word is a very poor HTML editor (full of proprietary tags, etc) and is not recommended as a source for e-mail messages.

There are many specialized HTML editors available that are better for the task.

Believe it or not in Microsoft's Front Page 2003 under Tools / Optimize HTML there's an option to remove Word generated HTML. Sheeh! Leave it to Microsoft to sell you the disease and then sell you the cure. :)

Warmest Regards,
