Posted - Jul 25 2009 : 21:28:08 I have just downloaded the trial version of DVD Pix Play with a view to using it instread of Nerovision to create a large number of slideshows in the one project. A test burning to DVD suggests that Pix Play's resolution on an HDTV LCD is far superior to Nerovision. My first question (I've just begun to experiment) relates to portrait images. I notice that these images are cut off at the top and bottom. Perhaps a closer reading of the manual will provide a solution, however I would appreciate someone giving me some advice (in simple language!). |

There are two possibilities for this occurrence:
- The image is being "Auto-cropped"
Select Frame > Frame Properties and disable the "Automatic Cropping" option on the "Remove Borders" tab.
- Your TV does not display the full frame of the slideshow: You may be able to adjust this on your TV, but alternatively you can specify a margin (to add a border area around the frame) under View > Options, Other, Advanced
