When I leave SmartPix running on my computer, it periodically displays a database error saying "Warning: An error was enocountered saving your database settings! DBISAM Engine Error # 8708 Record has been changed or deleted by another user, session, or table cursor in the table 'SPM_Info'. OK"
Can you tell me how to respond to or prevent this?
The database is stored on a shared network drive. Only one user is reporting this error, and it only occurs when he has had SmartPix open for most of the day.
The sharing option was not enabled under File | Options. I presume it should be? (It is for the other people I checked.)
As for happening consistently, it has happened more than once, but he doesn't normally use SmartPix for the whole day. It's possible that we could do a bit of testing to see if we can make it happen, but I'm willing to hope that changing the sharing option will fix it.
