Video 1: Import contacts from Excel into MailList King
Not really because the Remote Admin Commands activate a subscribe (which could then automatically send an automated acknowledgment or Welcome message).
If you had set up your system as in video 2 and wanted to generate an auto-response you would need to create a message and format it as a web form (or fill in the web form yourself with the intended recipient's details).
