Yes, there are a number of ways around it. In order of preference:
1. If your ISP's limits are sufficient for you to send your emails in a reasonable time, then go into View > Options, Sending and click the "Other Sending Options" button. Under the ISP Limits tab you can specify the speed at which MLK should send your messages to stay under their limits.
2. Check whether your web hosting company offers a mail server. Usually they are much more understanding about the legitimate sending requirements of a small business
3. If your ISP does not block port 25 you can use the mail server that is built into MLK. This allows you to bypass your ISP's mail server and send the messages directly to your recipients.
However the mail servers of some of your recipients may block messages if they recognize them as originating from a local mail server (such as MLK's internal server). So to reach all your recipients you would need to enable the option to automatically send failed messages via normal SMTP (for this your ISP's mail server would be used).
4. You can sign up with a third-party SMTP service such as www.authsmtp.com or TZO.com. Gmail is also possible if your sending requirements are modest (less than 500 messages per day).
