"No Such Interface Supported" Error

A recent Windows update will stop MailList King from running correctly.

A computer running MailList King with the installed KB891781 hotfix update which is part of the latest round of Microsoft patches released 8 Feb will experience a "No Such Interface Supported" error (or errors about no subject or no message body) when attempting to send messages from MailList King.

It is recommended that you resolve the issue by downloading the latest version of MailList King. However another option is to uninstall the Hotfix.

Uninstalling the Hotfix

Remove the hotfix with the Add or Remove Programs utility as described below. We have not had any reports of issues related to removal of the hotfix.

Reminder: You must be logged onto the system as "Administrator"

Step 1.
From the Windows "Start" button select "Settings", then "Control Panel"

Step 2.
Double click/open the "Add or Remove Programs" utility

Step 3.
In the "Add or Remove Programs" dialogue, select the Windows Hotfix
(appropriate Hotfix number shown below)
and click the "Remove" button.
Note: If performing this procedure on an XP machine, Remember to check the "Show Updates" box so it is turned on.
