Even when you send legitimate e-mail newsletters you will often receive Spam Reports (titled "Client TOS Notifications") from AOL members. Unfortunately in order to comply with their own Privacy Policy, AOL strips all information that would identify the complainant from the message header, so you have no idea who to remove from your mailing list.

I have authored a FAQ outlining how we automatically process such messages with MailList King:
