How do I fully uninstall MLK? I thought I had fully done so, but now when I open Outlook it gives me this message:

The add-in "c:\Program Files\MailList King\MLKing.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu

So, when I go to Detect and Repair it gives me only two options. I can either restore my shortcuts or go back to the default settings. Selecting either one didn't do anything.

Suggestions???

Hi Cabrzama

In Outlook go into Tools>Options, Other Tab. Click the "Advanced Options" button then the "Add In Manager" button. Uncheck all the "Helper Extensions"

I tried that too and it's not listed in my Add-Ins. Any other ideas?

OK, delete the one labelled:

"Redemption Helper Outlook Extension"

That will resolve your problem.
