Is anyone else trying to send to Bigpond.com bigpond.net.au being blocked?

Half my customers are bigpond users it seems!

Has anyone found a work around for that?

David

Found out the problem.

Big Pond and many others were blocking anything from Optusnet.com.au
which is my host.

Hi David

I haven't heard any other reports of Bigpond issues (we also have many Bigpond users on our mailing list).

I doubt that it is due to your being blacklisted (becuase then you would get a different error, so it might be a transient network problem.

I assume if you send a message to a bigpond address from your e-mail software you get the same error?

Please send me the relevant sendlog_*.txt file from the "SendLogs" folder under your database folder to support@xequte.com (click Ctrl+Shift+I to display your key folders).
